Conference opener at poor 0-4 opponent making their Big South debut at their Homecoming game.
If we don’t right the ship in a hurry and get a solid win here, we very well could end up with 2-9 becoming the ceiling for the season.

I hope its not another week of failed plays, miss ques and drops. We have talented players walking around not being played. They really need to tighten up.
Is it the players fault? Probably not. Some of the play calls are very questionable. They have very little running game, no holes equals no runs. But we can take comfort in the fact the there will be a super-duper trick play to keep fans happy. Oh well, if you cant score leave them laughing.

We were 31 point underdogs vs Marshall and covered by 10 We should have Gaither back this week which should help in running game The team is in a tough spot with the road trip because of KSU and Hampton leaving, We should win this week |

I respectfully disagree, I know nothing of the previous staff. I hope Gaither returning is the spark that is needed. All this is just my humble opinion of what I observe.

You are a blessed individual then. Think lazy with a capital L. The loser is now on staff at UVA as an advisor to Tony Elliott, and you see how his loser mentality is helping in year one. |

I'm assuming our squad is doing an 8 hour bus ride today, coming off their 6 hour bus ride last week.
We really need to show up tomorrow and get the W. RMU is very beatable. Lose this one and the wheels come off for the remainder of the season I'm afraid.
It could be worse, I read where the squad from Eastern Washington flew into Gainesville to play Florida last weekend, a five hour flight, on an aircraft from Allegiant, which is the equivalent of a sardine can for those of you who have ever flown them. Maybe a bus ride with stops isn't too bad then.
