Maybe Marc’s wife can get him a gig down with the Evil Spartanburg Empire.
Big loss for GW, Rabb is well respected throughout the Big South and elsewhere, and damned good at his job.

Saw Rabb on Thursday at the baseball tournament. Nothing alarming going on at the Webb, actually was happy that a new full time job had been added to their department. Progress. Told me he an opportunity at a company in Spartanburg came up in Public Relations and he jumped on it. Simply a chance for a much shorter drive to work. I think he’s lived down there for a while. I would assume more money moving into the corporate world. Great guy. Says he will still be around some to pitch in. After nearly 30 years sitting in a press box I would imagine that’s an itch that will need to be scratched.

I'll tell you Marc was a truly fanatical sports fan, knew more trivia than anyone I've ever met! LOVED The Webb, that's for sure. Best of fortune Rabb!!
