OK, please tell me this is not so. I heard that the Football Operations guy Kyle Lingerfelt was no longer with the team.
What happened? Does anyone know?

Well if so, it wouldn't be a shock. Just look at why and how the guy ended up at GW! you don't fall from recruiting coordinator at Cinci to Ops guy at GWU without being shady. The guy stole money while at Cinci, so this doesn't surprise me at all if true.

Ok, it is true. He is no longer on staff, but it gets better. According to sources, the guy gets drunk then gets into an altercation with the food staff and the police has to escort him off campus.
Does this not seem like this just happened (issues with drinking) with the previous Football Ops guy last season?

Don't know anything about Dickerson's wife. Just know that my spies tell me that there is a lot of concern that the football program is not going in the direction they had hoped for on the field, and now more importantly, off the field.

Do we really have to use the phrase " my spies tell me"  What, you have a sting operation ongoing at poor old GWU Football? That said, this significant churning within the football program coaching and strength staff is a cause for serious concern, and no matter how you spin it, doesn't shine a reassuring light on Dickerson's ability to manage a program. |
