Ron Dickerson is the gift that keeps on giving. Proud of the man we have in charge now and what hes done to clean that catastrophe up.
I have on good authority that RD was fired because of his ineptitude at not only running a team, but running a program as well.

It's not Ron Dickerson's fault that GWU hired him to be our head coach. It's also not Dickerson's fault that GWU allowed certain transfer athletes to join the GWU student body. Place the blame where it properly lies - with the AD who hired him and the administration that allowed subpar academic students to enroll. This is not Dickerson's fault.

Dickerson was pure trash and deserves part of the blame, but like elcid said, not all. More Chuck Burch ineptitude. He's worn out his welcome and needs to go, now. The sooner Bonner retires the better as well.
Got to love how in the past few days, our sports info department has put 'academic success' stories on gwusports.com, with no mention of the football program.

Finally, people see Bonner and Birch are useless. Dickerson was Bonner's hire. Birch is just a puppet.

Burch never should have kept his job after the whole Webb affair. Bonner would have never been named President if the actual "nationwide search" took place. Way too many more qualified people than him wanted the job. Bonner was a Chris White puppet, and just turned into a trustee puppet.

At least someone with some sort of marketing sense is trying to stimulate interest with the ticket offers. Burch will likely have them fired within a year for thinking of or doing something so proactive for a change.

I agree with you gwebb1994 the funny thing is I can't tell you how many times I called trying to get someone to tell me how much it was going to cost for the 2015 season for all home games and the response I got from the ticket office time and time again was, "I Don't Know"! This was getting pretty aggravating, so finally glad to see something put up there about the tickets and all the offers for 2015! Never in my life have I seen a school drag its feet like GW does with its ticketing and prices this is ridiculous and needs to change I don't know can't be an answer this late in the year with Football right around the corner! I love GWU and support the programs as much as I can but this certainly makes it harder to want to come especially after all I had to go through just to find out prices!

Burch strikes me as not the most polite person in the world but from a sense it seems he has people working in the administration who don't know anything!

If you go through the Bulldog Club, there are some really good season ticket packages ($300 for 2 tickets to all sports and $500 for 4 tickets). Definitely a good deal if you're going to go to a lot of home games. Just FYI.

How much for just 1 season ticket because if its 13 dollars for each home game and you multiply that by 6 home games that's 78 dollars is that the going rate for a single season ticket?

I had to poke around a little, but I found this page on the GWU site: www.gwusports.com/inside_athletics/tickets - looks like you can do an individual season pass for $65. If you just want to do football, I recommend that package; if you want to go to basketball and baseball games too, the Bulldog Club package is probably cheaper. Hope it helps!
