You're reading it wrong.
"For the 2020-21 season, should no team complete three Conference games, the champion shall be determined using this same procedure for teams completing a minimum of two Conference games."
At this point, only CSU has played two conference games and lost both. If either Monmouth or Robert Morris have COVID issues over the next two weeks, neither MU or Kennesaw will get to three Big South games which would likely mean that they have to compare teams with two conference games and G-W is back in it. Oddly, the way that the Big South tiebreaker is described in the article -- which must be missing some info because I can't believe that the Big South would actually do this -- if CSU completes one more Big South game and becomes the only team to complete three conference games, the Bucs get the autobid regardless of their record.
