BIG news coming Wednesday 9.14!! 1 pm. Tucker Student Center. Join us! #borntorun Gardner-Webb will name a new Vice President and Director of Athletics on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at 1 p.m. in Tucker Student Center's Stewart Hall. The campus community is encouraged and invited to be on hand for this historic announcement. There will be a planned opportunity for a meet and greet following the official event. |

Big resume on paper. Seems like a step down a bit career-wise.
Edit: further research, hopefully he stays long enough here to finally bring our athletic department up to an appropriate D1 level after a two decades long charade, he will move up the chain from here, hopefully he hangs around for five years at least

Link to the intro ceremony. Nothing really said of any concrete nature (i.e., when the heck are we wising up and leaving the Big South before it completely implodes, etc.). He hopefully knows how to raise coin.
