Now a quick turnaround playing down I-85 against a squad that pulled one out at PC Wednesday, but has won 5 of 6, including home wins against UNCA and LW, and a road win at WU.
Far from an automatic win. We've got to recover and not go into the tournament on a 4 game slide. If we lose this one, and WU beats HPU, we'll slide all the way down to the 6 seed. We win and we are the 4 seed likely playing a 5 seed WU.
Protect the damned ball and continue to improve the foul shooting.

If you all lose, you'll be the #5 seed no matter what. Even if Winthrop wins, then it would be a 3-way tie between GWU/UPST/WU. Upstate would be 3-1, GWU would be 2-2, and WU would be 1-3 within that batch of teams, so UPST would be #4, GWU would be #5, and WU would be #6.

I was thinking once the three way tie was broke, it went to a two way split with GW/WU. Anyway, we need a win Saturday to get off this slide we are on. |

Women 18-0. Unbelievable. Now reset and finish the deal in Charlotte.
Another tough loss today, but frankly, I’d rather play Upstate again and avoid Winthrop. 4 straight losses , not playing our best ball of the season, but time to rest and reset. Upstate mentally will have the tougher challenge trying to beat us in consecutive games. Let’s show up and win Friday and get to the semifinals again at least and see what happens Saturday.
