Big Week Ahead for 11-3 GWU

Perhaps the most challenging weekly schedule for the 11-3 Runnin' Bulldogs at hand following a sweep of Air Force at home:

Tues., 3/12 - at #1 North Carolina, 6 pm

Wed., 3/13 - hosting ACC foe Wake Forest in Shelby, 6 pm

Fri - Sun, 3/15-17 - hosting first Conference series vs. 12-2 Campbell.

Hopefully we can manage our pitching assets mid-week while still competing at a high level before entering what counts, conference play, on the weekend vs. a tough, talented and hungry Campbell.

That game tonight was flat out ugly. Getting starched by the #1 team 12-0 wasn't the issue, but six errors and only one hit is a bit underwhelming.

Tough 8-7 loss tonight to Wake here in Shelby. Got to regroup for the important conference opening series this weekend.
