Hi. We handle rentals in the Cleveland county are and we are adding campus rentals into our portfolio. We have been discussing this with multiple students in the Gardner Webb area and now we are making our debut. We are taking off campus rentals to a new level. We are setting them up around the semesters which you are in school and doing this on a per semester basis similar to the dorms but much more cozy, comfortable and roomy.
